At Pearl's Essence Hair Care, our goal is to get your professional beauty supplies to your door as quickly and reliably as possible. Below are the details of how we manage shipping and how we handle returns.
To ensure the fastest delivery times, Pearl's Essence Hair Care operates out of seven different warehouses located across the United States.
Dynamic Routing: We do not ship from a single location. Instead, we determine the best shipping origin for every order based on real-time stock availability, your destination, and specific carrier requirements.
Carrier Selection: We utilize the best available shipping carrier and method for your specific region and package size to ensure your items arrive safely and efficiently.
Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, Pearl's Essence Hair Care maintains a strict policy regarding certain product categories. We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:
Chemical Products: Including but not limited to dyes, developers, relaxers, and adhesives.
Virgin Hair: Once hair products leave our warehouse, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please ensure you are selecting the correct specifications before finalizing your purchase.
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, or if a return is authorized by our team for a qualifying item, you must follow our formal Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process:
Request an RMA#: Do not ship items back to the originating warehouse without prior approval. You must first email support@mybeautysite.com to request an RMA Number.
Return Address: Because we utilize multiple fulfillment centers, the return address will vary. We will provide the specific return shipping address to you at the time your RMA# is issued.
Condition: Authorized returns must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Once your order is processed from the optimal warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once the carrier has scanned the package.
